About the role As we continue to grow our national presence, we’re seeking a dynamic and strategic National Bid Manager to lead our bid strategy while ensuring brand consistency and impact across all markets. As the National Bid Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of major tenders and proposals across the country while stewarding our brand across all touchpoints. You’ll lead the end-to-end bid process—from opportunity identification to final submission—while managing the development and execution of brand strategy to support business growth and market presence. Location: ACS HQ is currently based in Mulgrave, with plans to move to a new office in South Melbourne in late 2025. What you'll be doing Bid management - Lead and coordinate high-value national bids and proposals across multiple sectors.
- Develop winning bid strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Work collaboratively with sales and operations teams to deliver compelling, compliant, and timely submissions.
- Maintain a bid library with reusable content and case studies.
- Review and improve win rates through post-submission analysis and feedback.
Brand and marketing strategy - Ensure brand consistency across all channels, campaigns, and proposal materials.
- Lead the development of national campaigns in line with brand positioning and business strategy.
- Manage the production of marketing collateral, digital content, and promotional materials.
- Support internal communications and staff engagement with brand values.
What you’ll bring - Proven experience in bid/tender management, preferably in a national or B2B environment.
- Proven ability to apply brand style guidelines and drive engagement and consistency.
- Exceptional project management, writing, and editing skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and CRM/bid management tools.
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field highly regarded.
